When we receive an order we check for out-of-stock items, then we place a order with one of our suppliers for those items. Normally we receive shipment in 5 to 10 days. At this time we take the in-stock items reserved for you along with the item(s) received from the suppliers. We then ship your order to you.
If an item you ordered is not received in that order, it is placed on automatic back-order. We will keep track of your request for the item. We that item arrives we will notify you by e-mail or snail mail. You then have a choice of accepting the item or rejecting it if you no longer want or need the item.
Any over payment will have been refunded when the initial order is shipped. Credit cards are not billed until shipment is made.
We do need at a minimum your first and last name, physical address and phone number to activate our order software. Note we do not store your personal data on-line and do not release it to outside parties.
We have established this policy because of the vast number of items potentially available from the hobby manufacturers. Many manufacturers do not keep a stock on hand of all their items but generally batch produce them with the real possibility of out-of-stocks on many items.
